植入式静脉输液港的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究并分析植入式静脉输液港的临床应用。方法选择我院在2014年10月~2015年6月收治的10例癌症患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组方式将以上患者分为植入式输液港组(n=5)与 PICC组(n=5),对比两组数据。结果在置管时间上,植入式输液港组留置时间为18~45d,平均留置时间为(35.8±5.2)d,PICC 组置管时间为18~41d,平均置管时间为(29.5±6.3)d,前者置管时间显著优于后者,在远期并发症方面,PICC 组中1例导管堵塞、1例感染、1例穿刺点愈合不良,植入式输液港组0例感染、1例局部红肿,PICC 组并发症发生率为60.0%,显著高于植入式输液港组的20%,上述数据组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论静脉输液港能保证百分之百的一针穿刺置管率,使患者减少治疗的费用及中心置管相关并发症带来的痛苦,简易的维护给患者带来的舒适方便,很好的保护患者个人的隐私,值得推广与使用。 Objective To study and analyze the clinical application of implantable venous port. Methods A hospital in October 2014 to June 2015 were treated 10cases of cancer patients as research subjects in a random grouping of 5 patients were divided into groups of implantable infusion port group(n=5)and PICC group(n=5),clinical application mode implanted venous port. Results In the catheterization time,implantable infusion port group retention time for 18-45d,the average retention time(35.8±5.2)d,PICC catheter group time18-41d,mean catheterization time was(29.5±6.3)d,former catheterization time was significantly better than the latter in terms of long-term complications,implantable infusion catheter blockage group does not appear,accidental extubation,readjust the posi tion,exudate,phlebitis,puncture site redness,poor healing of the puncture site complications,PICC catheter blockage group one cases,one case of infection,one case of puncture healing, among these data sets significant difference (P〈 0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The venous port can guarantee one hundred percent rate of catheter needle,so that patients reduce the pain and cost of treatment centers catheter-related complications brought about by simple maintenance to bring comfort and convenience to the patient,the patient is well protected personal privacy,worthy of promotion and use.
