中医导痰祛瘀药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病40例临床观察

Guide of TCM phlegm and dispelling stasis drug treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease and 40 cases of clinical data review

目的：研究和观察治疗糖尿病合并冠心病患者时使用中医导痰祛瘀药的治疗效果。方法收集我院2013年6月～2014年12月期间糖尿病合并冠心病患者共40例，患者均使用中医导痰祛瘀法药进行治疗，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果40例患者中有36例治疗有效，总有效率为90.0%；患者的空腹血糖以及血浆黏度、低切黏度、高切黏度均有效降低，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论在糖尿病合并冠心病患者的治疗过程中使用中医导痰祛瘀药进行治疗，能够有效帮助患者涤痰祛瘀，起到活血通脉的功效，值得推广应用。

Objective To Research and observe traditional Chinese medicine treatment effect in the treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease patients with guide of phlegm and dispelling stasis drugs. Methods The June 2013 to December 2014 collected a total of 40 patients with coronary heart disease,diabetic patients using the guide of TCM phlegm and dispelling stasis method of medicine treatment,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 40 patients had 36 cases of effective treatment,the total effective rate was 90.0%;Patients of fasting plasma glucose and plasma viscosity,low viscosity, high shear viscosity were effectively reduce,clear difference compared with before treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with diabetic coronary heart disease in the process of using guide of TCM phlegm and dispelling stasis drug treatment,can effectively help patients polyester phlegm and dispelling stasis,have the effect of huoxue unclogged arteries,is worthy of popularization and application.
