胸外科术后并发成人呼吸窘迫综合征的临床护理分析

目的探讨胸外科术后并发成人呼吸窘迫综合征的临床护理。方法选取我院收治的胸外科术后并发成人呼吸窘迫综合征患者共76例,将患者按照入院编号,随机分为观察组和对照组患者各38例,对照组给予常规护理干预治疗;观察组给予整体护理干预治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的主要生理参数及护理满意度等情况。结果观察组患者的Pa O2含量、Ca CO2含量、MAP数值均高于对照组患者,而RR数值、HR数值均低于对照组患者;观察组27例患者表示"非常满意",高于对照组的13例,并且观察组患者的整体护理满意率高达100.0%,明显优于对照组的81.6%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用整体护理干预治疗,能有效改善胸外科术后并发成人呼吸窘迫综合征患者的各项生理参数,并提高护理质量及护理满意度,具有较高临床价值,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate the postoperative concurrent thoracic surgery clinical nursing care of adult respiratory distress syndrome. Methods Select of our hospital thoracic surgery by a total of 76 patients with adult respiratory distress syndrome after, will patients according to admission number, were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group patients, 38 cases in the control group given routine nursing intervention treatment; Observation group was given the overall nursing intervention treatment, compared two groups of patients after treatment of main physical parameters and nursing satisfaction, and so on and so forth. Results The observation group of patients with content, content, the MAP values are higher than the control group patients, and RR, HR values are lower than the control group patients; Observation group 27 patients said“very satisfied”, higher than the control group of 13 cases, holistic nursing and observation group patients satisfaction rate is as high as 100.0%, 81.6% better than the control group. The more significant difference between groups （P 〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Using overall nursing intervention treatment, can effectively improve by adult respiratory distress syndrome after thoracic surgery in all kinds of physiological parameters, and improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction, has high clinical value, is worth promoting in clinic.
