椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的中远期疗效分析

An analysis of the mid-long-term efficacy of kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture

目的：研究椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的中远期疗效。方法选取我院2010年4月～2012年4月收治的106例骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者为研究对象，抽签随机分为观察组与对照组，各为53例，分别采取保守治疗与介入治疗，对比患者治疗后1、3年的中远期疗效与 VAS 疼痛评分。结果治疗前两组椎体高度无显著差异（P ＞0.05），观察组治疗后1、3年的椎体高度显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组 Cobb 角治疗后1、3年呈显著下降趋势，且显著低于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组 VAS 评分呈明显的下降趋势，且中远期疼痛评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的中远期疗效可靠，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To study the mid-long-term efficacy of kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture. Methods 106 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture treated in our hospital from 2010 to 2013 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group with 53 patients were given conservative treatments and interventional therapy respectively. The mid-long-term efficacy and VAS pain scores of patients in the two groups in the first year and third year were compared. Results The vertebral height of each group had no significant difference before the treatment（P 〉 0.05）. The vertebral height of observation group in the first year and third year was significantly superior to the control group with a statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. The Cobb＇s angle of the observation group in the first year and third year after treatment trended down and was significantly lower than control group（P 〈 0.05）.There was significant decline in the VAS scores of the observation group and the mid-long-term pain scores were significantly lower than that of the control group with a statistical significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The kyphoplasty, of which the mid-long-term efficacy is reliable for the treatment of osteoportic, is worthy of clinical promotion.
