摘要
广东大鹏液化天然气有限公司LNG接收站为EPC建成,经过几年的运营后,发现原LNG取样系统存在设计缺陷,不能取到有代表性的样品。LNG分析准确度高低的前提是能否取到有代表性的LNG样品,对于LNG贸易交接,取到有代表性的LNG样品极为关键。针对取样系统的缺点,改造目的非常明显:汽化前的LNG液体样品进行特殊真空保温,增加LNG汽化器的功率,快速汽化。改造完成后,经过改造前后的比较,效果令人满意。
LNG receiving terminal of Guangdong Dapeng Liquefied Natural Gas Limited Company was Built by EPC contract. After several years, operation, lab technicians found the original LNG sampling system had design fault, which could not take representative sample. For the LNG trade, the representative sample of LNG is the key to obtain accurate and reliable analysis results. In view of the shortcomings of the original sampling system, LNG liquid sample needs special vacuum insulation before it goes to vaporizer, and power supply for the vaporizer needs to be increased. By comparing with the old and new sampling system performance through LNG custody transfer, satisfactory results were obtained.
