对科技期刊编辑在三审过程中修后重审稿件的评判原则、复审、终审、退修、退稿及处理时滞把握等几方面的工作进行分析和讨论,并提出一些更高效、更客观地处理修后重审稿件的方法和建议。

In this paper,several aspects of editorial work for scientific journal editors such as evaluation principles,peer review,final decision, retreat, rejection, and proceeding delay are analyzed and discussed. According to our practical experiences,some suggestions more efficient,objective and feasible for the rereview of revised manuscripts are presented.
