摘要
为探求群体规范对不同代际矿工的不安全行为的影响差异,并有效管理矿工不安全行为,基于计划行为理论(TPB),构建指令性规范和示范性规范的作用路径模型。通过问卷对468名矿工进行2种规范的调查,并且以代际为分组依据,利用多群组结构方程模型(SEM)对路径模型进行实证检验。结果表明:矿工不安全行为示范性规范作用效果大于指令性规范;2种规范对不同代际的矿工的不安全行为意向影响路径不同;与其他矿工群体相比,新生代矿工不安全行为态度对于行为意向的影响较低,指令性规范能够直接影响其不安全行为意向,而对其他矿工的影响则不明显。
To explore the differences in effects group norms have on unsafe behaviors of different generations of miners,and to manage effectively miners' unsafe behaviors,a TPB-based model was built for acting paths of injunctive norms and demonstrative norms. 468 miners were surveyed about the two norms by means of questionnaires. After grouping miners by generation,the method of multi-group SEM was employed to test the model. The findings show that the demonstrative norm has a greater effect than that injunctive norm has on miners' unsafe behaviors,the two norms affect intentions of unsafe behaviors of different generations of miners along different paths,for the new generation of miners,the influence of unsafe behavior attitudes on behavioral intention is less than that on others,injunctive norms can directly affect the new generation of miners in unsafe behavior intention.
