摘要
针对目前常用的防治高硫矿石自燃的阻化剂存在的不足,开发一种以水玻璃为基料的凝胶泡沫阻化剂来预防硫化矿石自燃的新方法。采用四因素三水平正交试验、凝胶时间试验和氧化增重对比阻化试验,研究凝胶泡沫阻化剂的配方、配比及其对硫化矿石自燃的阻化效果。结果表明,凝胶泡沫阻化剂的最佳配方为:发泡剂为月桂酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)按2∶3比例复配,质量分数为0.6%;稳泡剂为羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na),质量分数为0.1%;凝胶剂水玻璃质量分数为10%;交联剂碳酸氢钠质量分数为2%;该配方形成的阻化剂对硫化矿石自燃的平均阻化率为86%。
In regard to the combustion problem of oxidation and spontaneous combustion of high sulfur ore,a new method was worked out,which uses sodium silicate as the gel foam base material to prevent spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores. By using the method of four factors and three levels orthogonal experiment,gelation time test and oxidation weight increase experiment,the suitable materials for making foamed gel and the best formula of foamed gel were obtained. The sulfide ore spontaneous combustion inhibition effect of foamed gel was tested. The result shows that average sulfide ore spontaneous combustion inhibitor rate of this foamed gel is 86%.
