天山北坡城市群空间经济联系与地缘经济关系匹配研究

Research on the Matching between Spatial Economic Ties and Geographical Economic Relationship in the Urban Agglomeration at Northern Slope of Tianshan Mountains

本文将引力模型和欧氏距离法相结合,研究天山北坡城市群内各城市与中心城市乌鲁木齐的空间经济联系和地缘经济关系,结果表明:城市群内各城市与乌鲁木齐的经济联系强度差异较大,乌鲁木齐对城市群内部分城市的影响力、辐射力依然有所不足;各城市与乌鲁木齐市在资本转换效率、劳动效率、资源及产品的外向流动性三个指标上存在较大差异,对城市组合的总体竞争性与互补性影响较大。对二者进行匹配性分析,结果显示:天山北坡城市群内五种匹配类型全部出现,但乌鲁木齐与各城市之间更多表现出的是加强合作和调整战略型,深化合作的仅有两个城市,充分说明天山北坡城市群内各城市的经济联系水平还不高,城市间的合作互补还非常有限,需要更多从定位分工和经济互补的角度,整体规划布局,促进城市群发展。

Combining the gravity model and Euclidean distance method, the research on the center city of Urumqi and the spatial economic relationship and the economic relations between cities show that the ties between Urumqi and city agglomeration~ economic have intense differences, Urumqi has inadequate influ- ence and radiation to part cities of the city agglomeration, the cities and Urumqi have big differences in the capital efficiency, labor efficiency and resources and products outward flow, and have greater impact on the city＇s overall competition and complementarity. Match for both analysis show that five matching types have appeared, while Urumqi and other cities show more strategic strengthen cooperation and adperspective of the overall layout and economic complementarity is necessary.
