中石化企业社会责任信息披露案例研究

Research on Information Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility of SINOPEC

依据中国石油化工集团2011-2013年社会责任报告中的有关信息,从能源管理、经济责任、生态环境责任、员工责任、社会公益五个方面分析中国石油化工集团在企业社会责任方面的信息披露程度。研究评价中国石油化工集团的社会责任报告,有助于借鉴该企业履行社会责任的成果,对促进其他企业实现社会责任提供理论依据,以便进一步完善我国的社会责任信息披露。

This paper analyzes the information disclosure of social responsibility report of SINOPEC from five aspects of energy man- agement, economic responsibility, ecological environment responsibillty, employee responsibility, social welfare in 2011 -2013. Research on the SINOPEC social responsibility report will help us learn from the social responsibilities results. It also can provide the theoretical basis for other enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities, and then to further im- prove our social responsibility report.
