摘要 维生素D为固醇类衍生物,在骨骼健康中具有重要作用,近年来的研究表明维生素D在肌肉、免疫、内分泌及中枢神经系统中也扮演着重要角色。帕金森病(PD)是一种中枢神经系统退行性病变。目前,关于维生素D与PD间的关系尚不明确,探讨维生素D的神经保护作用及其与PD间的关系,不仅有助于对PD患者病情严重程度进行评估,而且可以为其诊疗过程提供简单、有效的指导。本研究对维生素D的神经保护作用及其与PD关系的研究进展进行了综述,以期为临床研究提供依据。 Vitamin D, as a steroidal derivative , plays an important role in bone health .In recent years , research shows that vitamin D also plays an important part in muscle , immunity, endocrine and central nerve system .Parkinson′s disease ( PD) is a kind of degenerative disease in central nerve system .At present , the relation between vitamin D and PD is still unclear.The research on the relationship between neuroprotective effect and PD could not only be helpful for the evaluation of disease severity degree of PD patients , but also provide simple and effective guidance for their treatment .The research made a review of the neuroprotective effect and its relation with PD , in order to provide reference for clinical study .
