摘要
肝硬化患者普遍存在蛋白质能量营养不良(protein-energy malnutrition,PEM),且已经成为影响患者预后的明确危险因素,并影响肝硬化的发展,导致多种并发症的出现和死亡率的增加,但营养问题并未得到足够重视,且肝硬化患者营养状况的评估方法复杂。本文就肝硬化患者营养不良的原因、能量与营养物质代谢异常的特点、营养状况评估方法作一综述,以利于肝硬化患者营养不良状态的改善,提高生活质量。
Malnutrition is prevalent in liver cirrhosis, which is significantly associated with its prognosis. This cer-tainly affects the development of liver cirrhosis and increases the rates of complications and mortality, and malnutrition has not been paid sufficient attention. However, the assessment of nutritional state in these patients is complicated. Inthis paper, the etiology of malnutrition, alterations of nutrients metabolic and essential aspects in the nutritional assess- ment in patients with liver cirrhosis were reviewed, in order to improve the nutrition status and enhance the quality of life.
