“国培计划”中西部项目对农村中学教师的影响

On the Impact of National Teacher Training Programs on Rural High School Teachers

摘要 教育部2010年6月25日启动实施包括置换脱产研修、短期集中培训和远程培训三种方式的"国培计划"中西部农村骨干教师培训项目,旨在进一步加强农村中小学教师培训,促进基础教育质量提升的培训计划.文章以英语学科为例,从"专业精神、专业知识、专业能力"三个方面论述了"国培计划"的实施对农村中学教师的影响。 Three national teacher training programs were launched on June 25th in 2010, including Exchange Full--Time Training, Short--Term Training, and On--Line Training, in order to enhance the quality of teachers in general, esp. the teachers in rural areas. This research aims to find out the im- pact of National Teacher Training Programs on rural high school teachers from three aspects, professional commitment, professional knowledge, and professional competence, English subject as an example.
