摘要
传统的套管堵漏工艺是将水泥浆泵入漏失井段,依靠水泥浆凝固后,封固套管和疏松地层,避免漏点出砂出泥浆,但是由于浅部(水泥返高以上)地层胶结疏松,水泥浆不能有效驻留而大量漏失,因此封堵一次成功率极低,造成了施工成本过高。2014年开始,针对浅层(水泥返高以上)套管漏失封堵一次成功率低的难题,经多方考察、调研,江汉油田决定采用化学堵剂封堵工艺。化学堵剂的应用大幅度提高了浅层(水泥返高以上)套管漏失封堵一次成功率,解决了水泥浆封堵工艺难以解决的技术问题。
Plugging job frequently failed at the first time by traditional case scaling technology, lcading to high ex- pense, Aiming to the difficulty, plugging technology with chemical scaling agent has been used in Jianghan Oilfield since 2014. Its application has increased by a large margin success rate of plugging shallow casing lcakage at the first time and resolved the technical matter which can not be conquered by cement slurry--based plugging technology.
