摘要
针对国内西部油田超高压高温井测试成功率低,影响储层评价精度的问题,研制了一套适用于超高压高温井的测试管柱。该管柱主要工具包括RTTS封隔器、加强型RD循环阀、液压循环阀和替液阀等。现场应用表明,该管柱的应用有效地解决了高压高温井测试工具失效、封隔器无法解封、无法循环压井等难题。
The test string for high--pressure and high--temperature wells has been developed in response to the issue of low success ratio in testing such wells which leads to inaccurate reservoir assessment. The string consists of RTTS packer, enhanced RD recycle valve, hydraulic circulating valve and fluid displacing valve. Its application shows that it can guarantee efficient use of the testing tool and ensure packer's unlock and circulation kill operation.
