摘要
江汉油田目前已进入开采后期,开采时地层水矿化度高,易结盐卡泵或堵塞管柱。在油井地面安装掺水装置,掺入清水经过油管套管环空与井液混合可达到稀释井液、降低矿化度的目的。然而目前地面安装的掺水装置自动化程度低、管理难度大。中国石化江汉油田分公司江汉采油厂研制出的新型掺水装置是由密封式玻璃钢水箱、Y型过滤器、全自动水位控制阀、浮子流量计掺水水嘴五个部分组成,可以有效降低劳动工作量,提高劳动效率;提高掺水水质,精细调整掺水量;减少成本消耗,保证安全生产。
Having gone into the exploiting anaphase, Jianghan Oilfield is faced with such issues as formation water sa- linity and pump sticking or string blocking due to salt deposition. Installing a watering unit on the surface of the oil well contributes to lowering formation water salinity by pumping fresh water through casing annulus to dilute drilling fluid. New developed watering unit,made of five parts--sealed FRP water tank, Y--type filter, full--automatic alti- tude-control valve and watering nozzle with float flowmeter, and superior to existing one that has low degree of au- tomation and is hard to control, is helpful in effectively easing labor strength and improving working efficiency, pro- moting water quality and carefully adjusting watering quantity, and reducing costs and ensuring safety in production.
