On the Role of Emerging Media in Implementing Enterprise Ideological Work

近年来,以互联网、移动手机为代表的新兴媒体的发展和普及,为企业思想政治工作提供了一个全新的平台。分析新媒体在施工企业思想政治工作中所具有的优势,探索运用新媒体做好施工企业思想政治工作的方法,即:利用新媒体唱响主旋律,传递正能量;利用新媒体畅通诉求渠道,搭建沟通桥梁;利用新媒体创新民主管理,拓宽民主渠道;利用新媒体建立学习平台,打造教育载体。

With the development and diffusion of emerging media such as internet and mobile phones, enterprise ideo- logical work has gone into a new phase. Based on analysis of what superiorities the emerging media has, this paper suggests that it should be used in implementing enterprise ideological work to pass on positive energy, smooth appeals channels, innovatedemocratie management and set up learning platform.
