油田失业人员社会就业难的原因分析与对策初探

Analysis of and Solutions to Employment Difficulty of Oilfield Laid-off Workers

从油田失业人员就业现状入手,通过对油田失业人员社会就业难原因的深入分析,提出了5点促进稳定就业对策:加强外出就业宣传,拓宽油田就业渠道;加大劳务输出力度,争取更多就业岗位;支持改制外包企业,增加就业用工需求;准确把握就业政策,帮助失业人员创业;加强职业技能培训,提高就业成功率。

Starting with current employment situation of the oilfield laid--off workers, the author analyzes the reasons for employment difficulty, followed by the suggestions that the employment ways be diversified by encouraging more laid--offs to seek outside employment~ employment positions be increased by exporting more labor services and sup- porting restructuring of outsourcing enterprises;the laid--offs be encouraged to start a business according to em- ployment policy and the chance of successful employment be promoted by strengthening vocational training.
