摘要
新常态,低油价,成为当前石油工程面临的新情况、新形势。如何突破新常态、打造新优势,成为石油工程企业发展的当务之急。笔者结合深化改革、转型发展、从严管理的要求,从如何认识新常态、如何谋划好工作、如何实现转型发展等方面进行了思考。
New normal state and low oil price are the issues the petroleum engineering enterprises are facing. There- fore, it is crucial for them to find the way to break through new normal and forge new advantage. The author, in light of requirements for deepening the reform, seeking development through transformation and being strict with management, is thinking about how to understand the new normal, how to make a sound plan for transformation and development of such enterprises.
