Establishing a restful oilfield is significant in ensuring a harmonious working atmosphere and a sound public security environment. In light of the idea of human--oriented strict supervision advocated in Pingbei Oilfield man- agement, this paper argues that we can achieve a better result in the establishing work by combining it with employ- ees＂ legal education, their ideological trend, the enterprise management system and enterprise--local government joint defense.
