摘要
物探项目团队是地球物理公司为完成一个地震勘探采集项目而组建的一个集体。打造物探铁军要把握磨合期、认同期、冲锋期和盘点期四个关键节点。培育团队铁军精神,必须理顺各作业单元之间的关系,增强团队合力;必须结合员工性格特点的不同,因类施教;必须对项目团队管理者严格要求。
Geophysieal prospecting team is one that is organized for a seismic exploration acquisition task. Forging such an invincible team requires holding four key nodes--adaptive period, acknowledgeable period, target--pursuing period and review period. Fostering the invincible spirit of the team requires sorting out the relations between work- ing units to enhance their joining force, teaching its employees based on their different personalities and being strict with its administrator.
