导电沥青混凝土路用性能影响因素的灰关联分析 被引量:5

摘要 基于不同石墨掺量及油石比的沥青混合料马歇尔试验及高温稳定试验数据,利用灰关联分析法分析石墨掺量、油石比、击实密度、空隙率、矿料间隙率、饱和度对沥青混合料路用性能的影响程度,得到各相关因素对沥青混合料路用性能影响程度的排序结果。研究结果表明:对于沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度、流值及动稳定度,石墨掺量均不是其主要的影响因素。对马歇尔稳定度而言,沥青混合料的击实密度和矿料间隙率是其主要影响因素,其关联度远远大于石墨掺量;对导电沥青混合料流值而言,油石比和沥青饱和度是其主要影响因素,且各关联度相差不大;对导电沥青混合料高温性能而言,石墨掺量对动稳定度的影响程度也远低于其余5项。 Based on the data of Marshall tests and High temperature stable tests about conductive asphalt concrete with some different contents of graphite and asphalt -aggregate ratio.This paper analyzed the relation degree a-mong the pavement performance in conductive asphalt concrete,such as different contents of graphite,asphalt -aggregate ratio,density,porosity,voids in mineral aggregate,saturation.Then we get the sequence result of in-fluencing degree of all kinds of influence factors on pavement performance of conductive asphalt concrete.The results show that the Marshall stability,flow value and dynamic stability of the asphalt mixture with SEAM are not mainly influenced by graphite content,to the Marshall stability the main influence factors are the density and voids in mineral aggregate(VMA)of Asphalt Mixture,much more important than graphite content.As for the flow value of Conductive Asphalt Mixture,asphalt -aggregate ratio and asphalt saturation have the same effect. As for high temperature properties of Conductive Asphalt Mixture,graphite content has little effect on dynamic stability than other five factors.
