摘要
装配式剪力墙结构是一种顺应我国住宅产业化要求的结构形式,由于其低碳、节能和环保的特点,目前已经得到越来越多的重视和应用。针对装配式剪力墙结构中预制墙体的钢筋连接,提出一种新型的钢筋连接方法,即U型套箍钢筋连接,基于试验工作和数值模拟研究U型套箍钢筋连接中U型钢筋锚固性能,包括锚固试件的荷载-位移曲线、破坏形态、混凝土开裂行为、钢筋变形行为及钢筋混凝土黏结性能。研究结果表明:U型钢筋的埋深直接影响锚固试件的破坏形态,U型钢筋深埋时时,试件延性良好,性能可靠。
Precast shear wall structure is a kind of structure which conforms to the requirements of the housing industrialization in our country,due to its low -carbon,energy -saving,environmentally friendly features,it has gained more and more attention and application.For reinforcements connections in precast wall,this paper presents a new type of method to connect reinforcements in precast shear wall,that is,U -shaped ferrule con-nection.The research of anchorage performance of reinforcements connections in precast shear wall was based on experimental research and numerical simulation,including load -displacement curve,failure modes,concrete cracking behavior,reinforcement deformation behavior and reinforced concrete bond performance of specimens. The results show that the failure modes of U -shaped ferrule connections specimens depend mainly on the depth of U -shaped reinforcements,when the U -shaped reinforcements were buried deep,the connection has good ductility and reliable performance.
