国外经验对我国消防产品监督管理的启示

The enlightenment of foreign experience on the supervision of fire products

分析我国消防产品质量监督管理现状和存在的问题,包括法制体系不完善、缺乏专业人员、检测资源匮乏以及消防意识欠缺等。讨论了美国和日本的消防产品监督制度和模式,为完善我国消防产品监督管理提供启示。借鉴国外先进经验和模式,并结合我国自身特点提出完善我国消防产品监督管理的相关对策和具体实施路径。

The status quo and existing problems of supervision and administration of fire products in China were analyzed. The main problems include the following aspects： the imperfect legal system, the lack of professionals, the poor testing facilities, and the lack of fire consciousness. The fire products supervision system and mode in the United States and Japan were dis- cussed, which may provide enlightenment for China. It was concluded that China can learn from foreign experience. Based on the development feature of fire products in China, the coun- termeasures and implement approach were given to perfect the supervision system of fire products in China.
