摘要
以一起危险化学品爆燃亡人事故为例,通过对现场勘验及调查询问情况进行讨论,并结合专业法律意见,综合分析后认定其为危险化学品储存安全事故。为此类安全事故的调查定性、责任追究和善后处理提供参考依据。
Take a dangerous chemicals deflagratian dead accident as example,through on-site inspection and inquisition and com- bined with professional legal advice, the accident was identified as storage deflagration accident af dangerous chemicals, giving reference for investigation, responsibility identification and treatment of similar accidents.
