几种典型玻璃机械破坏痕迹特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 模拟实际火场情况,制备了普通平板玻璃、钢化玻璃、夹层玻璃机械,观察机械破坏条件下的宏观形貌特征。实验表明,普通平板玻璃以敲击点为中心产生放射状裂纹和切向非同心圆或同心圆裂纹以及未穿透裂纹,其中切向非同心圆裂纹断面弓形纹不一定都汇集于非受力面,但切向同心圆裂纹断面弓形纹一定汇集于非受力面,未穿透裂纹的未穿透一面为受力面。夹层玻璃两面都存在以受力点为中心不同特征的不透明圆区域。钢化玻璃裂纹断面中间会出现汇集于非受力面对应受力点处的带状痕迹。玻璃破坏裂纹特征、弓形纹与受力方向的对应分析有助于指导火灾现场调查。 Several kinds of glasses, the common plate glass, the tcmpered glass and laminated glass after the mechanical damage cracking were prepared by simulating the fire scene, and the macroscopic characteristics were investigated under mechanical disruption. For common plate glass, the results showed that the radial cracks, the tangential cracks as well as the flaws which were not totally cracked were formed around the clash point, the bow lines in the radial cracks section converged in the hearing surface definitely, however, only the bow lines of the concentric tangential crack converged in the non-bearing sur- face, but not all the formed tangential cracks converged in the non-bearing surface. Meanwhile, for the flaws which were not totally cracked, it was concluded that the non-penetrating side was the bearing surface. For the laminated glass, both sides produced radial cracks and the typical opaque areas around the stress centered point under the mechanical damage. Toughened glass took on spider mesh cracks with the size of soybean, and the bow lines did not converge at all. The results are helpful for the identification of the fire origin and the fire causes.
