摘要
文章针对20E型机车车内及车顶设备的接口、设备结构特点和顶盖的重量要求,对顶盖进行了结构设计,合理地确定了顶盖蒙皮的厚度及顶盖梁的间距大小和位置;对顶盖进行有限元分析,结果表明顶盖结构设计是合理的。
In this paper,the structure of roof cover is designed,based on the equipment interface,the equipment structure,and the weight requirement of roof cover for type 20E locomotive. The thickness of the cover, and the distance and location of the girder are logically confirmed. Through the finite element analysis of roof cover,the result indicates that the structure of roof cover is logical.
