摘要
针对某新型通风机开发过程中存在油脂渗漏的情况,采用密封深沟球轴承技术条件的评价标准,结合轴承的实际安装条件和运行工况,开展了该通风机密封轴承的漏脂试验和通风机的振动试验。结果表明,内圈无槽接触式密封结构和内圈开槽非接触式密封结构均存在少量漏脂情况,6套轴承各有1套轴承漏脂率超过5%,密封合格率为83%;通风机振动时,轴承内圈和外圈存在较大的轴向窜动。采用内圈开槽的接触式密封结构和增加波形弹簧片的方式解决了该通风机密封轴承的漏脂问题。
Aiming to the existence of grease leakage of the ventilator in the process of product development, the experiences of grease leakage and vibration for the ventilator are carried, considering the technical conditions, the actual installation conditions and the operating conditions of the sealed deep groove ball bearings. The results show that there exists grease leakage in the contact seal structure and the non contact seal structure. There are one bearing in six bearings,the grease leakage rates are more than 5%, and the sealing qualified rate is 83%. When the ventilator vibrates,there exists axial movement between the inner and the outer of the deep groove ball bearing. The contact seal structure with groove and the wave spring strip is used to solve the grease leakage problem of sealing bearing.
