化学清洗方法在板式换热器检修中的应用

板式换热器在供热装置中使用普遍,但板片间容易结垢降低换热效率。传统方式采用拆除板片的人工清理方式,费时费力,检修成本较高,采用化学清洗方式在不对板式换热器进行解体的前提下进行清洗,检修效率高。本文针对人工清洗和化学在线清洗方式说明举例,分别将清洗效果进行对比、分析利弊。
