摘要
矿产地信息披露的规范性和真实性是矿产勘查资本市场建设中一个最突出的问题。加拿大43-101标准的出台为防止矿产勘查信息披露失真或造假提供了很好的途径。本文对43-101标准的内容和特点进行了简要介绍,对其中的问题进行了分析。在此基础上,对我国矿产勘查资本市场建设中信息披露问题进行了探讨,提出了在我国建立矿产勘查信息披露制度和健全完善合资格人制度的建议。
Standardization and truthfulness of the information disclosure of mineral projects are notable issues in mineral exploration capital market. The introduction of Canadian 43-101 standards provides a practical approach for preventing the information disclosure of mineral exploration from distortion and falsification. This paper briefly introduces the core content and characteristics of the 43-101 standards and analyzes the problems in it. Accordingly, this paper discusses the problems of the information disclosure in construction of China＇s mineral exploration capital market, and suggests establishing a system of the information disclosure of mineral exploration and improving the qualified person system in China.
