摘要
国家土地督察制度已经实施九周年,但国家土地督察效用并没有得到完全发挥。本文结合国家土地督察工作的推进情况,以问题为导向,指出必须把握五大关系,从完善定位、推进立法、创新方法、强化业务等四个方面,提出进一步显化国家土地督察工作的地位和作用。
the state land supervision system has been implemented for nine years, the effectiveness of the state land supervision have not fully played. Problem oriented, combining with the advance of state land supervision, pointing out that we must grasp five relationships to put forward further manifestation of the position and role of the state land supervision, from four aspects, the orientation, promoting legislation, innovation methods.
