摘要
聚丙烯材料具有良好的力学性能和化学稳定性,用其制作医用一次性使用注射器的技术已日臻成熟,而传统的环氧乙烷灭菌方法污染环境,灭菌后的残留物质严重危害使用者的健康,由于普通的聚丙烯材料不具备耐辐照能力,通过在聚丙烯原料颗粒中加入稳定剂、游动剂等添加剂以及采取增韧或温度等处理,方能有效改善耐辐照能力。因此,辐照灭菌替代环氧乙烷灭菌是其发展趋势。
It is a mature technology producing single-use syringes by polypropylene(PP). But the traditional sterilization process for single-use syringe pollutes the enviromnent, and file residues endanger the health of users. Irradiation sterilization, instead of traditional sterilization process, is the developing trend. However, the traditional PP does not have the ability of radiation resistance. These methods can improve the radiation resistance ability of PP effectively by adding the stabilizer or floating agent. Toughening or temperature treatment can have the same function. Radiation-resistant PP is introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the developing trends for the materials are discussed.
