目的:分析浆液性囊腺瘤在多层螺旋CT中的影像特点,以提高其影像诊断价值。方法:回顾分析48例浆液性囊腺瘤在多层螺旋CT中的影像表现,分析多层螺旋CT在其诊断中的应用价值。结果:浆液性囊腺瘤在发现时体积、形态变异很大,其体积为3.0 cm×2.0 cm×2.0 cm^13.0cm×15.0 cm×26.0 cm不等;其中18例占据2/3盆腔空间、6例累及盆腔及腹腔间隙、8例合并病变内出血、3例合并病变内感染;有23例病变内有多个分隔征象。结论:多层螺旋CT在其病变的分类,病变内部密度特点,囊壁的影像特征,与子宫附件的关系等诸多方面能够提供影像的诊断及鉴别,为患者的临床手术治疗提供影像依据。
