摘要
分析互联网背景下企业情报组织的衰落及其种种原因。剖析传统竞争情报理论不足与"组织情报"的创新发展。阐述借鉴国外企业组织竞争情报流程的成功案例,通过汲取国内外有关"组织情报"思想,探索新形势下现代企业如何建立"组织情报"能力。
This article analyzes the reasons for decline of intelligence organizationin enterpnses. It demonstrates the weakness of the traditional competitive intelligence theory and organizing intelligence innovation. Then it uses the successful case of competitive intelligence processes in foreign companies as a reference, and absorbes the foreign "organization intelligence" thoughts and to discuss how modern enterprises build its own organization intelligence capability under new situation.
