水稻叶面喷硒提高大米中硒含量的防癌研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :提高大米中的硒含量和生物转化无机硒为天然的有机硒并用于防癌保健。方法 :一定浓度的无机硒溶液喷施于水稻叶面法和硒的 2 ,3 二氨基萘荧光测定法。结果 :喷硒田大米中的硒含量为 2 70 1± 0 5 69μg/g,显著性地高于对照田 ( 0 0 5 4± 0 0 11μg/g) ,P <0 0 0 1。绝大部分的无机硒已被生物转化为天然的有机硒 ,其含量 ( 2 676± 0 5 69μg/g)占总硒的 99 0 7%。 结论 :在水稻吐穗扬花的初期 ,将一定浓度的无机硒溶液喷施于水稻叶面上 ,能显著地提高大米中的硒含量 ,无机硒能被转化为天然的有机硒 。 Objective:To increase the selenium(Se)content in rice and biologically transfer of inorganic Se into organic Se for cancer protection. Methods:Spraying rice leaf with inorganic Se solution of a certain concentration and determination of Se using 2 3 diaminonaphthalene by fluorometry. Results:Se content of rice from spraying Se field is 2 701±0 569 μg/g and it is significantly higher than that (0 054±0 011 μg/g) of control field,( P &lt; 0 001)most of inorganic Se had been transferred into organic Se of nature that it(2 676±0 569 μg/g) consisted 99 07%of the total Se content. Conclusions:In the early days of rice flowering,spraying rice leaf with inorganic Se solution of a certain concentration,Se content of rice can be raise obviously and inorganic Se transferred into organic Se of nature so it is helpful for the cancer protection.
