鼻咽癌组织雌孕激素受体表达与生物学行为的关系

Relationship between expression of estrogen receptor,progestrone receptor and the biological characteristics of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的 :探索雌孕激素受体的表达与鼻咽癌生物学行为的关系。方法 :用免疫组化LSAB法 ,对 71例鼻咽癌组织标本作雌、孕激素受体 (ER、PR)进行测定 ,结合CT扫描结果、临床表现进行分析。结果 :肿瘤对咽旁组织的侵袭、淋巴结的转移率 ,与ER的表达成正相关 (P值均 <0 0 1) ,与PR的表达亦成正相关 (P值均 <0 0 5 )。结论 :鼻咽癌属ER、PR高表达类肿瘤 ,ER、PR的阳性强度与鼻咽癌的侵袭强度、淋巴结的转移率成正相关 ,鼻咽癌ER、PR的表达 。

Objective:To clarify the relationship between the expression of estrogen receptor(ER)、Progestrogen receptor (PR) and the bilolgical characteristics of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods:The immunohistochemical LSAB method was used to determine the ER and PR in paraffin section of 71 cases of nasophryngeal carcinoma,and CT scaning and clinic presentation were also put into consideration. Results:The invasion of tumor to the tissue of parapharynes、the metastasis rate of lymphnode and clinic stage were related to the expression of ER( P &lt; 0 01);The invasion of tumor to the tissue of parapharhnges、the metastasis rate of lynphnode were assciated with the expression of PR( P &lt; 0 05). Conclusions:NPE is a tumor of hight expression of ER、PR,the positive intensity of ER and PR were associated with the invasion intensity of NPC,and the metastasis rate of lymphnode.It is singnificant to determine of ER、PR of NPC in assessing the biological characterisitics of NPC and predicting of prognosis of NPC,it also suggests that endocrine therapy can be considered.
