摘要 针对工艺空调新风传感器的温湿度感应值与室外新风温湿度实际值存在较大偏差的现状,分析造成两值偏差原因,提出消除偏差方案,以避免空调新风阀误动作,为保障生产车间工艺温湿度指标和降低动力能源消耗提供科学依据和数据支撑。 In view of the process air conditioning fresh air temperature and humidity sensor value and outdoor air temperature and humidity sensor actual value, there is a big deviation of the status quo. This paper analyzes the causes of two value deviation, puts forward schemes to eliminate the deviation, in order to avoid misoperation of air conditioning air valve to ensure the production workshop process temperature and humidity index and reduce the power energy consumption, providing the scientific basis and data support.
