黄守瓜对5种瓜类的取食嗜好性及影响因子

The Feeding Preferences of Aulcophora Indica on 5 Cucurbit Species and its Influential Factors

为了解黄守瓜的取食嗜好性与瓜类营养成分之间的关系,选择5种瓜类进行取食试验,分析了不同时期和不同部位叶片取食指数与营养成分的相关性.结果表明:5种瓜类中黄守瓜喜食黄瓜、香瓜、节瓜,选择性取食丝瓜,不取食苦瓜,对黄瓜的取食前时间最短;相关性分析表明,黄守瓜对黄瓜的取食前时间与还原糖、总糖含量呈负相关,还原糖、总糖含量越高,取食前时间越短,与蛋白、叶绿素相关性不显著.

To investigate the interactions of the feeding preferences of Aulcophora indica and nutrient contents of cucur- bits, 5 cucurbit species were chosen for the analysis of the correlation between feeding indices and the leaf nutrient contents at different growth stages and positions. The results showed that the adult Auleophora indica prefered to feeding the leaves of cucumber, muskmelon, and hairy gourd, selectively feeding towel gourd leaves, but not those of bitter gourd; the time before feeding of Auleophora indica to cucumber leaves is negatively related to reduced sugar and total sugar contents, the higher of the reduced sugar and total sugar contents, the shorter the time, and there is no significant correlation among the contents of protein, chlorophyll and feeding index.
