Micro-teaching Implement Aspects of the Main Problems with the Reform Measures—Taking Some Geography Normal Students in Henan Province as an Example

摘要 微格教学是利用现代教育技术来培养教学技能的教育模式,集实用性、可操作性、应用广泛性于一身,但在具体实施中存在不少问题.文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法,对河南省开展微格教学的高校地理师范生进行调查,发现学生们普遍对微格教学多媒体视听技术、"角色扮演"环节、教学设计的实施等方面满意度较低,并据此提出了相应的改革措施,为进一步利用微格教学培养师范生的教学技能提供参考. Micro-teaching is an education model utilizing the technique of modernistic education to develop teaching skills, set practicality, feasibility, application versatility all in one, but there are still some problems in the specific imple- mentation. Based on the document literature and questionnaire survey, students from Geography Departments of major Nor- mal Universities in Henan Province have been investigated. The results showed that some students were not optimistic to the multimedia audio-visual technology, "role playing" and instructional design aspects of the implementation. Finally, we put forward to corresponding reform measures, advantageously to provide references for Microteaching aiming to cultivate teach- ing skills.
