摘要
目的调查低年资护士对护理不良事件的认知现状,为提高低年资护士工作能力,保障患者安全提供对策。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对临床72名低年资护士进行关于护理不良事件认知的调查。结果低年资护士对护理不良事件的认知有限,仅有33%的低年资护士能正确辨识各类不良事件;经历过护理不良事件的占38.9%;发生不良事件后应对不良的占88%;发生后不愿意主动上报的占28%;认为自己能正确填写护理不良事件报告表的为56%;61%的低年资护士认为护理不良事件需要公开;而88%的发生过不良事件后的低年资护士出现过负面情绪。结论对低年资护士进行不良事件相关培训,规范不良事件的管理体系是提升低年资护士对不良事件正确认知的有效途径。
