儿童氟水漱口后活体釉质溶解性测定 被引量:2

摘要 氟与釉质溶解性的关系,活体釉质溶解性测定,较离体牙更能客观反映釉质表面的性质。本文以釉质表层钙溶出量为指标,通过钙原子吸收光谱分析,观察了中学预防点儿童0.2%NaF液漱口与否及漱口后不同时间,氟对活体釉质溶解性的影响。结果表明,对照组后牙的钙溶出量大于前牙。实验组的钙溶出量低于对照组;但漱口后随时间增加钙的溶出量增大;性别之间无明显差异。 The present study shows the relation between fluoride rinsing and the dissolved calcium.from dental enamel.20 children,agedl3—14,were chosen and devided into two groups,onegroup for 0.2% NaF rinsing once a month for three years,the other for control.Every childwas sampled from three teeth of 16,11 and 46 with the Micro—Acid—Drop biopsy technique.The dissolved calcium from enamel was analysed with atomic absorption spectrophotometry.In the control group,the dissolved calcium from the tooth 16 is higher than that from thetooth 11 and 46(P<0.05).In the fluoride rinsing group,the dissolved calcium from enamelis increased by degree with time,but no difference between male and female(P>0.05).Thedissolved calcium in the control group is higher than the ones sampled after one day and aweek rinsing fluoride solution group(P>0.01).It comes to the result that the enamelsolubility in fluoride rinsing group is decreased significantly than the control.
