摘要 针对规模化新能源接入的地区电网存在的电压问题,研究了地区电网的无功优化调度策略,将新能源场站作为连续的无功调节手段与电容器一起参与到无功优化中。从日前和实时两个时间尺度出发,提出了综合考虑地区电网与新能源场站协同控制的三层动态无功优化模型,模型中根据每层需求和控制变量的不同构建了不同的目标函数。最后以某地区电网为例对所提模型进行了验证。算例结果表明,该模型可以在不同负荷水平下保证电网电压在安全运行范围之内。 Considering the voltage problems in regional grid with large scale new energy,the reactive power scheduling strategy was discussed,and the renewable power plants were taken as continuous reactive power adjustment means to participate in the optimization with capacitors. From the perspective of day-ahead and real-time scales,a three-level dynamic optimization model for coordinated control of district power network and new energy station was built and different objective functions were constructed of each level according to different needs and control variables. Finally,a case of district power network was used to validate the proposed model,and the results show that the model can ensure the safe operation of the grid at different load levels.
