摘要
采用Ansys仿真软件建立了热双系统的有限元模型,进行了发热分析,建立了电-热-结构耦合分析模型,确定了温度场的数值分析方法。研究了热双系统在不同电流激励下的温度分布规律、应力分布情况和位移变化情况等关键特性,对比分析了仿真、试验和理论求解结果,结果基本吻合,并找出了误差原因。此外,还研究了温度环境对过载继电器热双系统温度场分布的影响。
The finite element model of thermal-bimetal system was established with Ansys,and the thermal analysis was carried on. The electrical-heat-structure coupling model was established and the numerical analysis method was determined. The key performances such as temperature distribution,stress distribution and displacement change with different current were studied on. The results of simulation,test and theory calculation were compared to find out that the results are similar. The error reasons were analyzed. In addition,the effects of environment temperature on the temperature distribution of thermal-bimetal system were researched on.
