水平井固井液压式套管扶正器的改进与应用 被引量:7

摘要 针对水平井液压式套管扶正器在应用过程中发现的扶正片撑开后影响环空过流面积、活塞二次运动导致密封失效等问题,对液压扶正器的结构进行了改进,并进行了相关的地面实验。为了完善套管居中井下配置工具,研制了与液压扶正器配套使用的球座,液压扶正器下到位后,先投球打开液压扶正器,再进行循环作业,可充分清洗井眼,提高固井质量。改进后的液压扶正器在非常规水平井中应用了4井次,平均每口井应用32只,固井及压裂过程均未出现密封失效现象,固井质量良好,表明改进后的液压扶正器更适应于非常规水平井固井作业。 The structure of hydraulic centralizer is improved, and relevant ground experiments are carried out in regard of the problems of inlfuence on annular open area after bows are opened, sealing failure due to secondary piston motion during application of hydraulic casing centralizer in horizontal wells. A ball seat supporting the hydraulic centralizer is developed. After a hydraulic centralizer is lowered in position, a ball is put in position to start up the hydraulic centralizer before cycle operation.In this way, boreholes can be cleaned thoroughly, well cementation quality is enhanced, and casing centralization process is improved. The improved hydraulic centralizer is applied to unconventional horizontal wells for 4 well times, with 32 hydraulic centralizers applied to each well in average, and well cementation and fracturing processes are both free of sealing failure. Well cementation is in sound quality, indicating that the improved hydraulic centralizer is more suitable for well cementation for unconventional horizontal wells.
