金属铯分子蒸馏流体力学模拟研究

SIMULATION STUDY OF COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS FOR CESIUM MOLECULAR DISTILLATION PROCESS

摘要 为了研究刮膜式分子蒸馏器内液膜湍流流场特性,应用Fluent流体力学模拟软件,选用RNG K-ε湍流计算模型对其进行数值模拟。由于刮膜式分子蒸馏器中液膜流动的复杂性,对模型进行了简化,建立二维GAMBIT模型。在恒温恒压下,对刮膜器刮板形状、大小,刮膜器转速和进料速率等参数进行了优化,设计的刮膜器刮板形状为圆柱形,直径为Φmm,刮板数量为3个。当刮膜器转速为180 round/min,进料速率量为3.5g/min,蒸发液膜流场的形态最稳定,液膜均匀性最好。 Numerical simulation study for liquid film turbulent flow field of the Wiped Film Molecular Distiller was carried out based on the FLUENT software platform with computation model RNG K-ε.The model was established by the two-dimensional GAMBIT to simplify the computation,due to considerations on the complexity of Wiped Film Molecular Distiller.Some parameters such as the shape and size of the wiper,the rotate speed of the wiper blade and the feed- in speed of molecular distillation were optimized under constant temperature and pressure.It indicated that the turbulent film is steady and homogeneous when the parameters are as following;the shape of the wiper is column,and the size is 4mm diameter,the number of the wiper is 3,the rotate speed of the wiper blade is 180 round/min,and feed- in speed is 3.5g/min.
