Discussion on the Reason of Leakage and Its Countermeasures in the Underground Natural Gas Conduit and Valve-well

本文通过对城市地下天然气管道、阀门井火灾案例的分析，阐述了在设计、施工、日常管理等方面应注意的消防问题，并提出几点建议。

Based on the analysis of the fire cases occurred in the underground natural gas conduit and valve-well, the paper expounds some fire protection problems which need attention, such as design, construction and management. Some suggestions are also given in the paper.
