摘要
随着煤矿乏风利用技术的研究和发展,煤矿乏风瓦斯的收集技术也成为影响整体利用效果的关键。针对这种状况自主研制了收集风量为10 000 m3/h的煤矿乏风瓦斯收集试验系统,并进行了不同扩/收间距的系列试验研究。通过试验得到不同扩/收间距对主风机阻力的影响规律,扩散塔出风口乏风流场及矿用主风机对收集管路的影响。试验结果为乏风收集系统的设计提供了数据支持,为收集装置的安装提供了依据。
With the study and development of ventilation air methane in coal mine,VAM collection technology has become the key to the overall utilization effect. Based on this situation,the test system of coal mine ventilation air methane collecting with 10 000 m3/ h air quantity was developed,and tests and studies with different spreading / collecting distance were carried out. Through the experiment,influence laws of different spreading / collecting distance on the resistance of main fan were obtained,the influences of the flow field of diffuser tower outlet and the influence of main fan on the collection pipeline. The results provided data support for the design of the VAM collecting system,and provided the basis for the installation.
