回风巷“底板短导硐介质置换”揭煤技术研究

摘要 中马村矿二1煤属于严重煤与瓦斯突出煤层,27021回风巷原煤瓦斯含量高,煤层透气性差,煤质酥软。为了彻底消除揭煤区域突出危险性,降低震动爆破揭煤时巷道内瓦斯涌出量,试验从底抽巷施工穿层钻孔对揭煤区域进行强化水力冲孔、再向冲煤孔洞内注入聚氨酯材料进行充填的"底板短导硐介质置换"揭煤技术,该技术有效降低了揭煤爆破时巷道内的瓦斯涌出量,实现了工作面的安全快速揭煤。 Ⅱ1seam in Zhongmacun Coal Mine belongs to serious coal and gas outburst seam,coal gas content of 27021 return airway is high,seam permeability is poor,and coal quality is soft. To eliminate the regional outburst danger in exposing coal region,and decrease the gas emission quanlity of roadway when exposing coal using shock blasting, ' bottom short pilot tunnels medium replacement' exposing coal technology was put into practice. In the application of this technology,layer-through boreholes in floor drainage roadway were constructed to carry out intensive hydraulic flushing in hole. The application of this technology has effectively reduced the amount of gas emission quanlity in roadway while exposing blasting,and has achieved a rapid and safe exposing coal on working face.
