摘要
高突矿井厚煤层瓦斯含量高,并且需要分层回采。在顶分层回采结束后,顶板塌落不严实,采空区积聚大量高浓度瓦斯。在中底层工作面掘进巷道期间,进、回风巷及切眼连通采空区,高浓度瓦斯会随时涌出到掘进巷道,造成瓦斯大幅度超限。目前,突出煤层中底层掘进工作面防治瓦斯的技术水平还停留在依靠大风量排放瓦斯或均压通风技术,通风压力稍有变化失衡,会造成低风压掘进巷道瓦斯超限。为此,中马村矿在39042工作面掘进巷道期间探索研究的瓦斯防治新技术,确定采用密闭回风巷抽采采空区瓦斯、掘进回风巷及切眼,取得了良好的应用效果。
Gas content is high in thick coal seam of mine shaft with high outburst danger,and need to be layered extraction. At the end of the top layered extraction,roof fall is not sealed,goaf gathering a large number of high concentration of gas. During the period of roadway drivage on middle-bottom working face,intake airflow roadway,return airway and cutting hole are connected with gob,high concentration of the gas will be poured out at any time to the drivage roadway,gas concentration is over-limit significantly. At present,the technology level of gas prevention and control on middle-bottom working face in outburst coal seam still rely on large volume of gas discharge or pressure ventilation technology,a slight change of ventilation pressure imbalance can cause the gas overrunning in drivage roadway with low air pressure. Therefore,new technology of gas prevention and control was proposed in Zhongmacun Coal Mine,returned airway was closed to drain gas in gob,then the return airway and cutting holes were constructed. The application of technology has gained good effects.
