取心钻进技术在穿层钻孔施工中的应用研究

摘要 针对告成煤矿采用普通PDC无心钻头全断面切割钻进速度慢、钻机台效低的状况,提出一种新型穿层钻孔施工技术——取心钻进技术,克服了全断面切割钻孔施工技术中存在的缺陷和不足。以大功率小型化的钻机、孔口密封装置及取心钻具组成的取心钻进技术,通过现场与普通全断面切割钻进对比试验,验证了取心钻进工艺在提高钻进速度方面的优越性。 In view of the slow drilling speed and low efficiency in cutting processes of full section face by using common PDC non-core drill bit,a new technology of crossing hole and core drilling was proposed which conquers drawbacks mentioned above. Technology of core drilling and crossing hole consists of high-powered and miniaturization drill,orifice sealing device and coring drilling tools. Field experiments were conducted to compare with common drilling in full section face,and it is approved that technology of crossing hole and core drilling has significant advantages in improving drilling speed.
